BE ON TIME.
(Or no more than 15 minutes late.)
Once we're 15 minutes past your appointment time, there is no guarantee you'll be accommodated. A call to the salon is appreciated nonetheless.
BE PATIENT.
If you are early, thank you! If your stylist is running a little late, please do not walk up to the stylist, stare down the client in the chair, and start talking about your hair. If the stylist is really running behind however, arrangements will be made to accommodate inconvenienced clients.
BE MINDFUL.
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary. That understood, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Know that when you forget to cancel or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service price before future appointments are granted. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and unexpectedly need to be canceled, must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will also result in a late cancellation fee.
BE REALISTIC.
No matter what you’ve seen on your stylist’s Instagram page, he/she is not a magician or a mind reader. Bring pictures of styles you find attractive, and ask you stylist's professional opinion of what can be accomplished with your hair. All things take time, proper care and consideration.
BE FAIR AND HONEST.
If you are not happy with your service, speak up immediately so the issue can be resolved immediately. Clients should never leave the salon unhappy, but should this occur please speak with your stylist for a fair resolution.
BE RESPECTFUL.
If you see your stylist with another client, wait until they’ve finished to go over and start a conversation or consultation. While your stylist may not mind, their client might feel as though you’re taking attention away from their appointment. If you bring meals to eat in the salon or to your stylist’s chair remove the debris when your service is finished. Please do not have LOUD conversations or use profanity or crude language while in the salon, it is very inappropriate and rude to the stylist and other patrons. Be mindful of talking on your cell phone while your stylist is cutting, shampooing or styling your hair. You could be jeopardizing everyone's safety and be making it difficult for your to properly do their job in a timely fashion. If you need to charge an electronic device, ask your stylist or the salon owner if they mind, don’t just assume you can use an empty plug.
BE OF INTEGRITY.
Be prepared to pay for your service(s) when rendered. Visit the Bank or ATM before you arrive for your appointment. If you are a new client, ask your stylist in advance the price of the service. Bring extra in case you decide to add additional services and the stylists schedule can accommodate the request.
BE THOUGHTFUL.
Children who visit the salon during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We work in an environment that has sharp scissors and hot curling and flat irons. Should anything happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you, your family and your Stylist. Wit this in mind, we encourage parents to visit the salon without children unless the children have appointments scheduled. Children need to be prepared to behave and be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service in a timely manner. In addition, waiting area space is limited in the salon and we discourage bringing adults not receiving services along for your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so at
least 12 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged a fee for your
service booked. Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of
your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of
your service.
Surveillance
For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video
surveillance 24/7.
Late Arrivals
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes. After this grace period, I consider this as
a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late
arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for
the full service fee. Your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not
delayed.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your nails, please make me aware of it before you pay. I
will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that
have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Guarantee
Classic manicures and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after
your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice chips or lifting in the first five
days, please call/text me to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for
breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3.
I Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
Anyone with a nail condition I suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that I may suspect may be contagious, or fear could be harmed
by my service
Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to me and other customers
